How to make your own wax for hair removal!

You can make your own hair removal wax at home using common ingredients like sugar, honey and lemon. Purchase organically grown lemons, organic honey and brown sugar to make sure the wax is absolutely free of any outside contaminants. Many people prefer making their own because it's relatively easy, affordable and good for the skin

What you will need:
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Combine in a saucepan and heat until the sugar turns a liquid brown. Allow to cool a little before applying.

Before waxing, make sure skin is completely dry and free of oils and body lotions. Some people apply a light dusting of baby powder to absorb excess moisture.
After waxing, apply a thin layer of aloe vera gel to soothe and moisturize skin. The aloe vera is also great for reducing redness and alleviating pain.
Always check the temperature of the wax before applying to your skin. If the wax is too hot, it can burn your skin. Apply the wax in the direction of hair growth and remove the cotton strip against the direction of hair growth
