Home-made Baking Soda Toner for Acne!

Baking soda is a highly alkaline substance typically used in baking, but it can also be applied to the skin to help kill off acne-causing bacteria and to slough off dead skin. Although you can use baking soda full strength as a facial scrub on the skin, to use it as a toner you must first dilute it.

 Instructions:
Pour around 1 cup of water into a spray bottle, and add 1 tsp. of baking soda to the water.
Mix the solution well.
After washing the face thoroughly, spray the baking soda toner onto the skin lightly.
Let the baking soda toner dry completely.
You can use baking soda toner twice per day to help relieve the skin of acne.

Thanks to Kelly Sundstrom for this great recipe!
